How do I return my order?
How can I return my order?
At AURA DISPLAYS, we've made returning your item simple and flexible. If you need to start a return, you can initiate the process directly through our dedicated portal here:

How the return process works
Our return portal allows you to manage your return request independently — no need to contact support to get started.
Once there, you'll be able to:
- Select the reason for your return
- Choose your preferred outcome: refund, exchange, or store credit
After submitting your return request, it will be reviewed by our support team. This can take up to 1–2 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Return Request ID (formatted like AURA=XX#XXXX). Please save this ID — it is essential for any follow-up.
Important: The return label is sent separately
The return label is only sent once our team has reviewed and accepted your request. The subject of that email will be: “Complete your return for Order #AURAxxxx”. It will include the prepaid label to print and attach to your package.

Note: We kindly ask that you do not contact the returns team before your request has been reviewed and accepted, as they won’t be able to assist until your case is confirmed.
