Who we are. This website, aura-displays.com, and the products sold on it are operated and sold by FREEDOM CRAFTWORKS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Aura Displays, 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 23604, Dover, DE 19904, United States (“Aura”, “we”, “us”). 1. Agreement

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Return & Refund Policy (which includes our Limited Warranty), Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy (together, the “Policies”), govern your use of the website and every purchase you make on it. The Policies are part of these Terms.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Policies as displayed on the date of your order. We keep dated copies of every version.

1.3 You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order.

2. Products and product information

2.1 Each product page sets out the product's screen size and resolution, dimensions, weight, ports, cables supplied, power requirements, driver requirements, laptop size range and operating-system compatibility, together with a “Before you buy” summary. This information forms the description of the product you are buying.

2.2 You are responsible for checking this information against your own equipment, environment and needs before ordering. Our team is available before purchase to answer compatibility questions; our “Help me choose” guide is available on the website.

2.3 Images are illustrative. Colours may differ slightly from those displayed on your screen. Laptops, software and accessories shown in images are not included unless listed in “What's in the box”.

2.3a Renders and generated visuals. Some product images and videos are 3D renders or other computer-generated or AI-assisted visuals, created to show the product as faithfully as possible. A render is not a photograph: colours, finishes, textures, reflections, proportions, the position of ports, cables and hinges, bezels, the stand, and the laptop, accessories or on-screen content shown may differ slightly from the product you receive, and will also vary with the settings of your own screen. The characteristics you are buying are those listed in the technical specifications and the “Before you buy” block of the product page (screen size and resolution, dimensions, weight, ports, cables supplied, power and driver requirements, laptop size range and compatibility); these prevail over any image or video. A difference between a render or generated visual and the product that does not affect those listed characteristics is not a defect or a lack of conformity, and does not change the return conditions set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

2.4 We may modify or discontinue products at any time. We may limit quantities per order, per customer or per region.

3. Orders

3.1 Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment, for example in case of a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraudulent or abusive order, or a delivery address we cannot serve; in that case you are refunded in full.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete order, payment and delivery information and to keep it up to date.

3.3 Cancellation before and after preparation is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

3.4 Purchases are for personal or internal business use. Resale is not permitted without our written agreement.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region. For the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, prices include applicable taxes and import duties. For other countries, duties and taxes are charged on delivery, as set out in the Shipping Policy.

4.2 The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order and stated in the order confirmation. Prices and promotions may change at any time; promotional terms prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

4.3 Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4.4 If a displayed price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order before shipment and refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, cancellation, risk of loss and delays are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and restocking fees are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Defects are governed by the Limited Warranty set out in the Return & Refund Policy. In case of conflict between these Terms and a Policy, the Policy prevails for its subject matter.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded by contract, including, for consumers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity; for consumers in the United Kingdom, the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and for consumers in Australia, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where these rights are more favourable than these Terms or the Policies, they prevail.

7. Business customers

Where you buy in the name of a company or for professional use (as defined in the Return & Refund Policy), the consumer protections referred to in section 6 do not apply, the Return & Refund Policy's business-purchase terms apply, and the Limited Warranty is your sole remedy for defects to the extent permitted by law.

8. Problems, complaints and disputes

8.1 Contact us first. If anything goes wrong, contact us at hello@aura-displays.com or +1 (213) 845-0774 (daily 9 am–4 pm ET). We acknowledge every message within one business day.

8.2 Reasonable time. You agree to give us five (5) business days from your first message to investigate and respond with a solution before referring the matter to any third party, including a payment provider, marketplace, consumer body or dispute-resolution service. Requests to a third party to reverse a payment are handled as set out in section 13 of the Return & Refund Policy.

8.3 Amicable resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of your first message, either of us may start formal proceedings. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

8.4 Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, except that: (a) if you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country; and (b) we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.

9. Website use

9.1 You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, scrape or copy its content, submit false information, or use it to harass, defraud or harm anyone.

9.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

9.3 We may suspend or terminate access to the website or decline future orders where these Terms are breached or where we identify abuse, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the Aura Displays name and logo, product names, designs, images, videos, software and documentation are owned by Aura or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The Aura Displays name and logo are trademarks of Aura. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the website.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt it in connection with our products and marketing. You confirm that you own the content, that it is honest and based on your own experience, that you have disclosed any incentive received, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Third-party services

The website uses services provided by third parties, including Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, carriers, the returns portal and the support platform, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Shopify is not a party to your purchase: your contract is with Aura, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims relating to your purchase.

13. Privacy and communications

Your personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your orders, returns and support requests; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

14. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products are covered by the Limited Warranty and by your statutory rights; apart from these, and to the extent permitted by law, we give no other warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law: (a) our total liability for any claim relating to a product or an order is limited to the price you paid for that order; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, data or use, even if advised of their possibility; (c) we are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (section 17). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aura, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the website or the products. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by the law of their country of residence.

17. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these Terms, and not liable, for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including the events listed in section 2.3 of the Shipping Policy, failures of carriers, suppliers, payment providers or hosting services, and acts or omissions of public authorities. We will inform you and perform as soon as reasonably possible.

18. General

18.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in force.

18.2 No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

18.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or a successor, with notice to you.

18.4 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Policies are the entire agreement between you and Aura for your use of the website and your purchases, and supersede any earlier terms.

18.5 Changes. We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; the version in force for your order is the version displayed on the date of your order.

18.6 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version prevails.
