How will I receive my refund?
All refunds are automatically issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (typically your credit card). For security reasons, we never have access to your full payment details, so your payment provider processes the refund directly and securely.
Please note: The only exception is if you selected “Store credit” when initiating your return — in that case, your refund will be issued as a credit voucher for future use on our website.
Refunds usually appear on your bank statement or credit card app within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, holidays, or weekends, it may take up to 3–5 business days.
If you still don't see it after 5 days, please contact our customer support team before contacting your bank.
