When will my order arrive?
Once your order is placed, delivery timing depends on your location, the shipping method selected, and current stock availability.
At checkout, after selecting your destination country and shipping option, you'll see the estimated transit time for your order. These estimates are calculated in real-time and based on your exact address. Please note that while we always aim to deliver on time, these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing & Shipping
Our team processes orders daily, including Saturdays. In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours, often even the same day. If your item is temporarily out of stock at your nearest warehouse, it may ship from another of our global facilities — this doesn’t affect your experience or delivery speed. We only work with top-tier carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and all orders are fully tracked.
Tracking your order
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time here:

Please be aware that during the first 3–4 days, tracking may not show movement — this is completely normal. Your package is most likely in transit between logistics partners or in the process of being handed off to the destination carrier.
If you're checking directly on the courier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS), the tracking may only show “Shipment info received.” This simply means your package is already on its way — currently with a third-party logistics partner — and will soon be handed over to the final courier. Tracking updates will appear once it enters your region or is scanned by the last-mile carrier.

Early tracking delays do not necessarily affect your delivery time. They’re a normal part of the process, especially when your order is fulfilled from a different warehouse to ensure faster delivery.
This can happen during high-demand periods or if you placed your order during a limited-time offer, when many customers in your region are ordering the same item. Our system automatically allocates inventory across all warehouses to keep things moving efficiently. 🙂
No worries — as long as you’ve received a tracking number, it means your package has left our warehouse and is already on its way. (Tracking is generated just a few hours after dispatch.)
