  • Triple Aero 15.6" Pro Max: First wave of deliveries is scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, and the second wave for Monday, May 26.
  • Triple Boost 14" Pro: Second wave of deliveries is scheduled for Sunday, May 11, and the next wave for Monday, May 26.
  • Dual Boost 15.6" Pro Max: Operations return to normal on Wednesday, May 25. All pending orders will be shipped on that date.
  • Dual Boost 14" Pro: Operations return to normal on Wednesday, May 25. All pending orders will be shipped on that date.
  • Single Boost 15.6": Operations return to normal between May 12 and May 16. All pending orders will be shipped during that window.
  • All other products: No stock disruptions have been reported as of today.

We’ve had to increase delivery timelines for both the Triple Boost 14" Pro and the Triple Aero 15.6" Pro Max due to exceptional demand.

Reminder: Operations have resumed following Labor Day (April 30 – May 5).

  • Final day of the Labor Day period: Our factories were closed from April 30 to May 5 and resumed operations on May 6.
  • Resumption of shipments: All shipping operations resumed on May 6.
  • Customer support delays: Response times are still slightly longer than usual due to high seasonal demand.

🗓️ Update: May 4, 2025

  • Labor Day factory closure: From April 30 to May 5, our factories were closed in observance of Labor Day. Operations will resume on May 6.
  • Shipping resumes May 6: All logistics and shipping operations will restart tomorrow.
  • Exceptional success of the Triple Aero: Due to overwhelming demand, support response times—as well as processing times for after-sales service, returns, and refunds—may be slightly longer than usual.

🗓️ Update: May 3, 2025

  • Triple Aero launch: Official launch day for the Triple Aero.
  • New warehouse in Singapore: We’ve opened a new warehouse in Singapore to manage increased demand and improve international logistics.
  • Shipping resumes May 6: Following the Labor Day closure, all shipments will resume on May 6.

  • Labor Day factory closure: Our factories have been closed since April 30 for Labor Day and will reopen on May 6.
  • Shipping resumes May 6: All shipments will resume once operations restart.
  • End of US tax exemption: The exemption on imported goods valued under $800 has ended, which may impact some orders.
    • Aura Displays: Aura Displays is a US-based company. Our products are developed and manufactured in China. We are actively working to expand our warehousing and logistics infrastructure in both the United States and Europe to improve delivery speed and service efficiency for all customers.
  • Visibility and support volume: Due to massive exposure on social media (over 100 million views) and press coverage, we are currently handling a much higher volume of support requests.

  • Labor Day factory closure: Our factories remain closed for Labor Day from April 30 to May 5. Operations will resume on May 6.
  • Customer support response time: Due to this holiday period, response times may be slightly longer than usual.
  • Support team expansion: We've onboarded new team members to help reduce response times and enhance your support experience.
