From October 1 to October 6, our production facilities in Asia will be closed in observance of the Chinese National Day Holiday, also known as Golden Week. This is an official nationwide holiday, during which most factories and offices pause operations. Activities will resume as normal immediately after the holiday period, starting October 7.
We want to reassure you:
- Not all orders are affected. Many products ship directly from our warehouses in the US and Europe and will continue to be dispatched without interruption.
- Orders fulfilled from our Asian production hub may experience a short delay. These will be processed in priority once operations restart.
This is a normal, expected pause in activity each year, and our teams worldwide remain fully available to assist you.
If you would prefer not to wait, you may always modify or cancel your order directly through your customer portal:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Select the order in question.
- Choose either to update or cancel your order.
